Just as importantly, I believe exceptional coffee should be as clean as it is flavorful. While all specialty coffee is not created equal, some coffees can contain unwanted contaminants such as mold, mycotoxins, yeast, heavy metals, or chemical residues. The roasting partner I work with has implemented a comprehensive Clean Coffee Project to help ensure every cup meets high standards for purity and quality.

Every coffee I offer is produced using carefully controlled processes designed to reduce the risk of mold and mycotoxins. Regular spot testing verifies the effectiveness of these methods, and select lots are independently tested to confirm they are free from detectable heavy metals and glyphosate.
